Product Description

Shanquan AM-130 sealant is a medium-strength, medium-modulus, sealing polyurethane sealant. It is single-component, room temperature moisture curing, high solid content, weather resistance, good elasticity, and will not produce any harmful substances during and after curing, and will not pollute the substrate. The surface is highly paintable and can be coated with a variety of paints and coatings.

Application Guide:
Before use, dust, oil and moisture need to be removed from the construction surface
Cut the nozzle into a suitable bevel, fully pierce the pipe mouth, and then apply it to the construction site with a glue gun
The construction environment is generally 5~40℃, 65~75%RH is the best

Application range
It can be used for sealing car body joints, glass caulking, compartment sealing and other general gap sealing.
Construction method

1. Use cotton yarn to remove dust, oil and water on the surface of the glue-coated part. If the surface is easy to peel and corrode, it should be removed with a metal brush in advance. If necessary, the surface can be wiped with organic solvents such as alcohol 
2. Cut the tip of the sealant into a certain shape and size according to the shape of the construction site, and apply the glue to the construction site with a manual or pneumatic glue gun.
3. The glue bulging in the gap can be scraped flat with a scraper or smoothed with soapy water. If some parts are accidentally contaminated by glue, remove them as soon as possible with solvents such as  alcohol. If the glue has solidified, it needs to be cut or polished with a blade.

Storage
It is recommended to store in a dry warehouse below 25℃, avoid high temperature/water vapor, and the storage period is generally 12 months.

Precautions
1. After opening, it should be used up on the same day, otherwise it needs to be strictly sealed and stored;
2. Construction under temperature 15-35℃, humidity 55%-75%RH;
3. When the ambient temperature is lower than 10℃ or the glue output speed does not meet the process requirements, it is recommended to bake in a 60℃ oven for at least 30 minutes!
