Dioctyl terephthalate (DOTP) is an excellent primary plasticizer for polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastics. Compared with di-isooctyl phthalate (DOP), which is commonly used at present, it has the advantages of heat resistance, cold resistance, low volatility, anti-extraction, softness and good electrical insulation performance, and shows excellent durability in Chemicalbook products. Sex, soap water resistance and low temperature softness. Because of its low volatility, the use of DOTP can fully meet the temperature resistance level requirements of wire and cable, and can be widely used in 70°C resistant cable materials (International Electrotechnical Commission IEC standard) and various other PVC soft products.
